Use the form below to document your visit to a business/individual. Bring the donation letter and GNO flyer with you—copies are available at the ranch. All visits must be completed by Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Donations Received Form

Use the form below to track donations received from businesses/individuals. When a business or individual is willing to donate, please complete this form so we can collect all the needed information. If they are not donating, please record that as well and include the reason. Please contact Virginia 24 hours prior to dropping off your donations at Lori’s.
