Interested in Volunteering?
Volunteers are the backbone of Triple H Ranch & Therapeutic Horsemanship. Being a volunteer is rewarding, educational, & fun! Triple H Ranch provides all the necessary training, so a willingness to learn is more important than prior equine experience. An hour or two a week can positively make a difference! Unsure where you might fit in? Let's chat!

Currently, we have several areas of need:
-
Horse Leader (in Therapeutic Riding Lessons): Responsible for controlling the horse’s pace, direction, and behavior. Horse Leaders ensure the rider's safety and respond to instructions from PATH Intl. Certified Instructor, and manage the horse from the ground. If the rider does not need a Side Walker, the Horse Leader takes on those responsibilities as well.
-
Side Walker (in Therapeutic Riding Lessons): Walk alongside the horse and rider to provide physical and emotional support, ensure the rider's safety, and reinforce the instructor's instructions to help the participant achieve their therapy or riding goals.
